Unification has a multitude of game rules that changes the gameplay in varying degrees. Some game rules are available in the campaign if enabled via the campaign configurator. Common sense applies when using game rules. Do not activate contradictory game rules, or game rules that affect the same parameters, at the same time. For examples "softcore" and "hardcore", or "massive battles" and "huge battles", should not be activated at the same time, or you'll have issues. TESTING_MODE_DEV Makes all
