The glitched lucky block is a block that drops glitched variants of items when broken. They can only be found in the Lucky Block gamemode. At 3:30 into a lucky block match, the game gets corrupted and receives a critical error as seen in the notification from the side and the entire screen. This is purely an event that signifies glitched lucky blocks starting to generate. Every time a lucky block spawns, there is a 1/16 (6.25%) chance it will be glitched.
