Feed your spirit, soul. Don’t feed only the flesh. Perishable food like fried rice, apple fruit, tomatoes, etc is for the mortal (flesh) while imperishable food (God’s Word) is for the immortal (spirit of man, soul). The flesh will die but the spirit/soul lives on. When we eat edible foods, we feed our flesh/body in order to be in good health and strength. When we fast and pray, study and carry out/do God’s Word, we are eating spiritual food that will make us to live forever & also be in good health in Paradise
